Education is a regulated space. Here's how the Force for Health platform protects TUSD students, families, and staff — by design.

Student education records stay under district control. We act as a school official with a legitimate educational interest, never selling or repurposing student data.
🧒 COPPA
For students under 13, we operate on school/parental consent and collect only what a learning activity requires — no behavioral ad profiling, ever.
🛡️ HIPAA-aware design
Health-education content is built so no individually identifiable health information is exposed; PHIT data is surfaced at the aggregate, zip and region level.
🔑 Role-based access
Administrators, Directors, Instructors and Students each see only what their role permits — exactly as demonstrated in these dashboards.
🚫 No ads, no resale
The Force for Health platform is ad-free for students. Data is never sold to advertisers or third parties.
