"I'm a Marstronaut in Training" is a self-concept students carry to graduation. It reframes health, study, and conflict resolution as training, not chores.
A real ladder, not a pep talk
Basic → Ambassador → Group Leader tiers give students a role to grow into. Group Leaders mentor cohorts; teacher PD is built into the same ladder.
