MISSION-READY FITNESS
Getting and staying in shape is critical for the mission

Real astronauts train 2.5 hours every single day in space just to prevent muscle and bone loss. On Earth, your body is your spacecraft — the only one you'll ever have. Whether or not you make it to Mars, being physically fit, eating well, sleeping right, and managing stress are the foundations of every mission in life.

Use the LIVE It Trackers to log your workouts, nutrition, weight, sleep habits, screen time, and more. Track anything that matters to your health. Build streaks. See your progress. Prove you're mission-ready.

A 13-question assessment that maps your interests to 8 career families. Your results travel with you through every phase of training.
Take the Career Compass →
🏫
Phase 1: Ground School
Learn the basics. Earn your first badges.
Ground School covers the fundamentals of space science, human health, teamwork, and critical thinking. You'll complete interactive lessons, play training games, and earn your first Marstronaut badges.
Go to Ground School →
✈️
Phase 2: Flight School
Master the physics. Pass the simulations.
Flight School dives into the physics of spaceflight, orbital mechanics, and vehicle operation. You'll run simulations, solve problems under pressure, and prove you're ready for the mission.
Go to Flight School →
🔧
Phase 3: Build the Rocket
Engineer a spacecraft. Quality matters.
In Mission 1, you'll design and assemble a spacecraft system by system. Every decision affects crew safety. Sloppy work means mission failure. Precision and teamwork are everything.
Go to Mission 1 →
🌌
Phase 4: The Journey
32 weeks in deep space. Survive the crises.
Mission 2 puts you in deep space for 32 simulated weeks. You'll face equipment failures, health emergencies, crew conflicts, and resource shortages. Your decisions determine who makes it to Mars.
Go to Mission 2 →
🏗️
Phase 5: Survive on Mars
Build a colony. Save the crew.
The final mission. You've arrived on Mars. Now you must build a habitat, grow food, manage resources, and keep your crew alive. Everything you've learned leads here.

🎉 Did You Know?

Before social media, before the internet, before even TV was common — when something incredible happened, people would throw shredded paper out of office windows in New York City. This was called a "ticker tape parade." The paper came from stock ticker machines that printed financial data on long strips.

When astronauts returned from space, they got the biggest ticker tape parades in history. John Glenn's parade in 1962 drew 4 million people.

By the time you complete this program, you'll have earned YOUR ticker tape parade. It won't be paper — it'll be digital. But the pride will be just as real.
